Customer Service / Sales Representative
We are seeking an outgoing, service oriented individual who
is highly motivated and who demonstrates an interest in research,
education and organizational improvement technology. You will
manage relationships with our existing customers, assist them
over the phone, and develop new business with prospective
customers using skills and techniques we will teach you.
You must have excellent telephone and writing communication
skills and be proficient in Excel, Word and general computer
applications including the Internet. We offer you the opportunity
