Our Company
Hostedware Corporation, based in Mission Viejo, California, serves
the multi-billion dollar research, education and organizational
improvement markets. A pioneer in these fields, we have developed
leading online software applications - Hosted Survey™ and
Hosted Test™. These software applications,
together with our Customer Services team, provide a cost effective,
dependable and easy to use solution.
Our
Software Applications and Customer Services
Hosted Survey™ is a self-configurable, online software
tool that provides organizations, service providers, individuals
and consultants with the ability to conduct online 360 degree
feedback, organizational climate and consumer surveys, polls,
voting mechanisms, appraisals, and other market research and
report that data on a timely and organized fashion. This is
done at a fraction of the cost and effort previously experienced
with traditional paper based and PC based systems and expensive
ad-hoc, internally developed web pages.
Hosted Test™ is a self-configurable, online software
tool that provides trainers, hiring managers, educators, and
standards certification specialists the ability to easily
design and administer tests, practice exams, gradebooks, assessments,
and certification programs and report results and trends in
a timely basis. Our Customer Services include setup and administration
options, content development and customized statistical analysis
and reporting packages as well as web development and infrastructure
to support special needs of our customers.
Our software applications are created specifically for the
Internet and have been designed to meet multi-currency and
multi-lingual requirements. The only end-user system requirement
is a standard web browser and a connection to the Internet.
Information is stored in secure databases at Hostedware's
world class hosting facilities and made available in real
time to customers with authorized access from anywhere in
the world. Our delivery model reduces an organization's hardware
and infrastructure expense, as well as installation complexity
and internal support staff.
Our software applications have also been designed to be licensed
for private-label installations where customers require an
"in-house" managed solution.

Our Pricing Model
We offer first-time customers the opportunity to try Hosted
Survey™ and Hosted Test™ without
cost or obligation. Then, our customers pay for the use of
the standard software applications by purchasing packages
of responses, based on anticipated completed surveys, tests
or polls.
A private label, Hosted and Managed solution is also available in both Hosted Test and Hosted Survey.
Our Customer Services include a wide assortment of services,
options and presentation packages, depending on the customer's
special needs, and these are priced separately.
Our Team
Our team is made up of individuals with many years of experience
in the areas of information technology, online and desktop
software applications development, marketing and communications,
database management and design, qualitative and quantitative
data analysis, and research methods.
