Dennis K. Frayne, Founder, President & CEO

Dennis began developing PC/network-based software and database systems in 1985. He has managed information technology projects and functions for over ten years (since 1990). Dennis is the chief architect and principal designer of an impressive list of successful client/server and network-based business applications and databases. Dennis has a particularly strong background in data modeling and relational database design, key technology components of today's Internet e-commerce systems.

Dennis' recent managerial experience includes CIO responsibilities at Sage Publications, Inc., a $100M publisher of academic books, journals and research and analysis software. Dennis led the company's several major technology initiatives, including the launch of Sage's corporate web sites and e-commerce systems, state-of-the-art marketing and sales data warehouse environments, an enterprise campaign management system, and resolution of all Y2K-related concerns.

Previously, Dennis served in various management-level capacities, including Vice President of Information Systems, Manager of Data Administration, and Project Manager for the Finance Systems Group in the Insurance industry.

Paul Chan, Director, Product Services

Paul Chan brings significant experience to the product support and customer service functions at Hostedware. Paul's product management and customer service experience in fast-paced, growth-oriented companies, as well as his familiarity with the market and their needs have provided important insight to our management, software development and special project teams.

Prior to Hostedware, Paul was the Project Manager and Director of Network Operations at Underwriters Re Group, Inc. where he managed the systems operations infrastructure department and was a project manager for the major company-wide systems initiatives.

Before joining Underwriters Re Group, Paul was a Training Supervisor at New Horizons Computer Learning Center where he supervised instructors and lead course instruction for 20+ software applications and a supervisor in the finance department of Red Robin International, Inc. He has a Computer Science Degree from California State University, Fullerton and a degree in Business Management at the University of Phoenix.

Jason Yen, Director of Engineering

Jason Yen graduated with Engineering degrees from UC Berkeley (BS) and University of Southern California (MS). After performing software development for McDonnell Douglas for 5 years, Jason went to work as a technology consultant for BDO Seidman, and then as a principal of Hostedware. Jason's strong expertise in database management and software engineering has added tremendous value to the quality of Hostedware's product line.

Ti Tong, Art Director

Ti Tong is a graduate of Irvine Valley Community College and Platt College in Graphic Design and Web Development. Ti has extensive experience in traditional graphics design and art layout together with the latest web-based technologies and methodology. He has held graphic direction positions with Color Graphics of Irvine, CA and was the Art Director for Honda Tuning and Sport Compact Car Magazine, two magazines from Primedia Publications. As Hostedware's Art Director, Ti provides the creative direction for the company's software applications, web sites, and customers, along with various marketing initiatives.
